This attack happened when Trump was playing golf at the golf course in West Palm Beach, Florida. During this, the sound of bullets was heard. According to media reports, at the time of this incident, Trump was playing golf near his residence Mar a Lago Golf Course. As soon as the firing incident came to light, Secret Service agents immediately took the former president to the holding room of the club. The suspect arrested in this case has been identified as 58-year-old Ryan Wesley Ruth. A state-of-the-art AK-47 rifle, a scope and a GoPro camera have also been recovered from the spot.
Regarding the firing, the FBI said that after the firing around the Trump residence, Secret Service agents also fired in retaliation. But the accused Ryan Ruth, who was hiding in the bushes, escaped from the spot in a black car. However, the accused was later arrested. It is being told that Ryan Ruth is a resident of Greensboro area of North Carolina and is a former construction worker by profession.
According to reports, the accused had no formal military background, but he had expressed his desire to participate in armed military conflict on social media. He had expressed his desire to fight on behalf of Ukraine after Russia’s attack on Ukraine. He was also arrested in the year 2002.
