After the death of three students in the basement of Rau’s IAS Study Circle, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) is continuing its action against coaching centers violating the rules. In this connection, the MCD on Monday sealed Vikas Divyakirti’s Drishti IAS Coaching Center in Nehru Vihar. This coaching center was running in the basement of Vardhman Mall.
Let us tell you that Drishti IAS Coaching Center has been very popular among the students preparing for civil services, Vikas Divyakirti has been associated with it. Coaching classes were held in 7-8 big halls in this basement and 250-300 students used to take coaching in one hall.
Due to this sudden action of MCD, the coaching center operator and the children could not even take out their belongings.
Earlier, the MCD had sealed around 13 coaching centres on Sunday. The sealed coaching centres include IAS Gurukul, Chahal Academy, Plutus Academy, Sai Trading, IAS Setu, Toppers Academy, Dainik Samvad, Civils Daily IAS, Career Power, 99 Notes, Vidya Guru, Guidance IAS and ‘Easy for IAS’.
