Team is confident to defeat any team: Bangladesh captain Shanto

IND vs BAN Test Series: After clean sweeping Pakistan in its own home, the morale of the Bangladesh cricket team seems to be high. The team now has to come to India to play a two-Test match series. A tough competition can be seen between India and Bangladesh in this series. However, before the series between the two teams, Bangladesh team captain Nazmul Hasan Shanto has given a big warning to India.

Actually, a two-Test match series will be played between India and Bangladesh from September 19. This series is very important for India from the point of view of the World Test Championship. India may face a tough challenge from the Bangladesh team in this series. At the same time, after the historic victory against Pakistan, the Bangladesh team has returned home on September 5. Where they will start their preparations for the upcoming Test series from September 8.

On returning from Pakistan, Bangladesh team captain Nazmul Hasan Shanto spoke to the media at Dhaka airport. During this, Shanto said, “Every cricketer will get confidence from such series wins. The team’s morale will increase. The series against India will definitely be challenging and we will have to come up with a new plan. If the team performs at its best, we can achieve good results.”

The captain of the Bangladesh team said that his team enters every match with the confidence to win and for this a solid example was needed and this time the team has set that example by clean sweeping Pakistan. He further said that our team knows that if they continue to play like this and give their best, then they can defeat any team. Instead of focusing too much on the result, the team’s focus should be on the process.

Captain Shanto is confident that his team can perform well in the next two series i.e. against India and South Africa. Let us tell you that the first match of the two-match Test series between India and Bangladesh will be played at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai between 19 and 23 September. While the second Test match is to be played at Green Park Stadium in Kanpur between 27 September and 1 October.
