Pune: RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat said on Thursday that who is doing good work or not? It is the job of the people to decide. He said that no one should consider himself God. People should be allowed to decide who they consider someone to be? He said this while addressing a program organized in the birth centenary year of Shankar Dinkar Kane, who worked for the education of children in Manipur.
No one should consider himself God, people should be allowed to decide who they believe in.
Let us tell you that Kane is known for making arrangements for the students of Manipur to study and stay in Maharashtra. Till his death, he remained engaged in arranging education for children coming from poor families. Remembering Bhaiyaji Kane, Mohan Bhagwat said that we should do as much good work as possible in our life. We should not think whether we will shine or fail. Anyone can become a memorable personality with his work. But whether we have reached that level or not. This decision should be left to the people. We should not assess it ourselves. We should not claim that we have become God. Bhaiyaji Kane presented these ideals before us.
A period of fierce violence has been going on between the people of Kuki and Meitei community in Manipur for the last one year
During this, the RSS chief also talked about the situation in Manipur and said that the situation is not good. Mohan Bhagwat said that security is not guaranteed there. Local people are worried about their safety. The situation is more challenging for those who have gone there for business or social work. But even in such circumstances, RSS workers are standing strong there.
Sangh workers are working there in the interest of all without any bias. Let us tell you that in Manipur, there has been a period of severe violence between the people of Kuki and Meitei community for the last one year and the situation remains tense. Hundreds of people have died in this violence and a large number of people have had to flee from their homes.
Despite adverse conditions in Manipur, RSS workers are still present there
He emphasized that despite the adverse conditions in Manipur, the workers of the Sangh are standing firm there. They are working with full vigor to normalize the situation. They are working to promote national unity. Mohan Bhagwat said that NGOs cannot handle everything, but the Sangh does whatever is possible. The volunteers are playing a role in the dialogue between the two sides there and have won their trust.
He said that our goal should be to create an India that reduces the challenges of the world. We can do this only when we follow the principle of penance of personalities like Kane ji in life.
