Shimla is on the verge of collapse, panic spreads among people

Shimla: Millions of people from all over the country and abroad come to enjoy the views of Shimla, which is famous all over the world for its beauty. But now this pride of the country, Shimla, is sinking. The hills of Shimla have moved towards the underworld.

The sinking areas of Shimla city have become a major cause of concern for scientists and geological experts. The increasing human influx on the hills of Himachal has forced Shimla to crack. The human burden on the hills of Shimla is constantly increasing. Shimla, which had a population of 30,000, has a population of 3 lakh today. The roads and infrastructure being built by cutting the mountains have hollowed out the strength of Shimla.

The situation is worrying in most of the hilly areas

Shimla, located in the lap of Himachal, is a special point of the Himalayan belt. The situation in most of the areas in the Himalayan belt is worrisome. If we look at the natural causes, earthquakes, heavy rains and the movement of the Himalayas are responsible for the destruction.

On the other hand, if we talk about human reasons, then rapid development, construction on mountains and tourism are also responsible for this destruction and danger. In the last few years, nature has also wreaked havoc in the hilly areas. The intense heat has melted the mountains. Heavy rains have washed away the soil of Shimla. So nature has had a different effect on Shimla shivering in the cold.

There are reports of cracks in the Ridge ground as well

In the sinking Shimla, the historic Ridge Maidan has also come under threat. The Ridge Maidan is the identity of Shimla city. This ground has historical importance. Tourists coming to Shimla also first reach the Ridge Maidan to visit. But now news of cracks on the Ridge Maidan is coming to the fore. The danger looming on the Ridge Maidan has increased the concern of the people here along with the Shimla Municipal Corporation.

The flow becomes faster in the rain

The drains flowing under the mountains in Shimla have also forced the houses of Shimla to crack. The flow of drains becomes very fast during rains. This creates conditions of soil erosion below the village. Due to soil erosion, the villages and houses situated on the mountain are slowly sliding downwards. Due to this, cracks are increasing in the houses as well as in the roads and other places… The floors of the houses are also breaking and falling apart.
