Shift patients and close the hospital by doing RG: Kolkata High Court

Calcutta High Court on RG Kar Hospital:  The case of the uproar in the hospital after the rape and murder of a trainee doctor at RG Kar Medical College located in Kolkata, the capital of West Bengal, is gaining momentum. Now in this case, the Calcutta High Court has made a very strict comment and reprimanded the TMC government led by Mamata Banerjee. The Calcutta High Court has expressed serious concern over the recent incident of vandalism at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata.

The High Court said that this is the failure of the government and the medical college should be closed. The Calcutta High Court said that the vandalism and the act of the mob in the hospital is a direct failure of the machinery of the state government. Let us tell you that this is the second time in a few days that the Chief Justice-led bench has reprimanded Mamata Banerjee’s state government by making harsh remarks against it.

The High Court has questioned the Bengal government’s ability to provide a safe working environment for doctors. The High Court said that such incidents create an atmosphere of fear and uncertainty among health professionals.
