Protesters attack Bangladesh PM’s residence, protester seen relaxing in bedroom

Dhaka: The protest that started in Bangladesh over reservation has now turned into an anti-government movement. The situation has worsened amid violence. On Monday, Sheikh Hasina resigned from the post of Prime Minister amid violent incidents. Sheikh Hasina has left the country with her sister. Meanwhile, the protesters have entered the PM House.

The protesters have occupied the PM House. Several footages of this are going viral on social media platforms, in which protesters can be seen relaxing in the bedroom of Bangladesh PM House. Protesters can also be seen walking on the lawn of the PM House.

Now the army will run the government: Army Chief General Waqar-uz-Zaman

Meanwhile, Bangladesh Army Chief General Waqar-uz-Zaman said that after PM Sheikh Hasina’s resignation, we will now rule. We will run the country by forming an interim government. Our country is suffering losses. Property is being lost. Give me responsibility, I will take care of everything. General Waqar-uz-Zaman said that we will fulfill your demands. We will bring back peace in the country. We will run this country with an interim government.

He told the protesters to stay away from vandalism, arson and violence. If you people will walk with us, the situation will improve. Nothing will be gained by violence and violence. Stay away from conflict and anarchy.
