Police starts action in Hathras case, arrested six people, one lakh reward on the main accused

Hathras: 121 people died in a stampede during a satsang in Hathras, while a large number of people are injured. The injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment, where their treatment is going on. On the other hand, the police have started action against the accused by registering an FIR in this case. The police have arrested six sevadars associated with the organizing committee in this incident. At the same time, a reward of one lakh rupees has been announced for the arrest of the main organizer-main sevadar of this incident.

Aligarh IG Shalabh Mathur has given this information. He said that six people including two women have been arrested. At the same time, a reward of one lakh rupees has been announced on the main accused of the case, main sevadar Dev Prakash Madhukar. A non-bailable warrant will also be issued against him soon. He said that at the zone level, SOG teams have been deployed in all the districts to identify and arrest the accused. Also, the evidence found from the spot is being made a part of the investigation.

He further said that the arrested people have told that many troubles are relieved by taking the dust of Baba’s feet. The arrested people told that they work as sevadars, are the president and members of the committee. If Baba’s name comes up in the investigation then action will be taken on that point. If needed, Baba will be questioned.
