Olympic medal winners meet PM Modi; Manu Bhaker and hockey team give this special gift

PM Modi Meets Medal Winners of Paris Olympics : The Indian contingent, including India’s medal winners at the Paris Olympics 2024, reached the Prime Minister’s residence on the occasion of Independence Day. During this, PM Narendra Modi participated in a long interactive session with all the athletes and congratulated them for their remarkable achievements at the Paris Games. During this meeting, the Indian hockey team and shooter Manu Bhaker gave a special gift to PM Modi.

Footage of the meeting of Indian athletes with Prime Minister Narendra Modi after the Olympics has surfaced, in which PM Modi can be seen interacting with all the players at his residence. He can also be seen posing for photographs.

During this meeting, the Indian hockey team gifted the Prime Minister a jersey signed by all the players along with a hockey stick. The men’s hockey team has won its second consecutive bronze medal at the Paris Olympics.

This year’s double bronze medal winner Manu Bhaker also met Prime Minister Modi along with the Indian contingent. Manu Bhaker was seen explaining the dynamics of the air pistol as she gifted her equipment to the Prime Minister. Shooters Swapnil Kusale and Sarabjot Singh along with young wrestler Aman Sehrawat also met the Prime Minister. All three players had won bronze medals.
