New Delhi. The Supreme Court has dismissed all the petitions seeking re-examination of NEET UG 2024 and cancellation of results. The data available on record does not indicate any systematic leakage of the question paper, which would indicate a disruption in the sanctity of the examination. The Supreme Court confirmed that the NEET-UG 2024 paper leak took place in Patna and Hazaribagh.
CJI said that at present, we can separate the tainted students from the clean ones. If the tainted ones are identified during the investigation, action will be taken against them. If any student is found involved in this fraud, he will not get admission. The doubts regarding the controversial question of CJI have been cleared now. NTA has conducted the exam again for 1563 students with grace marks. If anyone still has any complaint, they can appeal in the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) will continue its investigation into the paper leak case to uncover further information.
