However, there are some healthy things too, which if eaten on an empty stomach in the morning, can cause trouble throughout the day. According to dietician, you should not eat 7 things on an empty stomach in the morning.

Citrus fruits
Citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons and grapes are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. They provide many health benefits. But if you eat them as soon as you wake up in the morning, you will be troubled by acidity, heartburn and gastritis throughout the day. 

Coffee 
Many people drink coffee first thing in the morning. This is a big mistake. Because drinking coffee on an empty stomach causes acid formation in the stomach, which can trouble you the whole day. There may be a slight pain in the stomach. 

If you start eating sugary foods

Raw vegetables
