Every month Ekadashi date is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. On this day, fasting and doing some measures brings the grace of Lord Vishnu. Every month, Ekadashi is observed on the Ekadashi of both the sides.

The Ekadashi date of the Krishna Paksha of the month of Bhadrapad falls on August 29 this year. This Ekadashi is also known as Aja Ekadashi.
