Carmaker Kia Motors has launched a lease program for its electric car EV6. Kia India’s lease program targets doctors, chartered accountants and self-employed professionals and select corporates.
It makes the EV6 available at Rs 1.29 lakh per month. The fee includes insurance, maintenance, pick-up and drop services, scheduled and unscheduled services and 24X7 roadside assistance.
Apart from this, models like Kia Sonet, Seltos and Carens can be leased under the program, for which one will have to pay Rs 17,999, Rs 23,999 and Rs 24,999 per month respectively.
The EV6 has a range of up to 708 kilometres. It charges from 0 to 80% in 18 minutes using a 350kW charger. The vehicle accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in 5.2 seconds.
Safety features include eight airbags, ADAS Level 2, ESC, blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert and a 360-degree camera system.
