HMD has launched its new smartphone, HMD Fusion. This phone has a different design, it has a six-pin connector on the back that allows you to attach different types of cases. These cases have different functional features. The company is calling them ‘Smart/Fusion Outfits’ such as wireless charging, ring light, or strong protection. HMD Fusion price
The HMD Fusion starts at 249 euros (approximately Rs 23,400) and will be available only in black colour. The phone will be available worldwide soon. The smart outfits will be available later this year.
HMD Fusion specifications
The HMD Fusion sports a 6.56-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1612 X 720 pixels, a refresh rate of 90Hz, and a peak brightness of 600nits. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset with Adreno GPU for graphics. It has up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage that can be expanded via a microSD card. It runs on Android 14 OS and the company is promising to provide operating system updates for two years.

Talking about the cameras, the HMD Fusion has a dual camera setup with a 108MP main camera with smart EIS and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video chats, we get a 50MP camera on the front. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS and a USB Type-C port for charging. We get a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
This phone has a fingerprint sensor on the side for security. It also has Qualcomm aptX Adaptive audio and IP54 rating. This phone is 164.15 X 75.5 X 8.32mm in size and weighs 202.5 grams.
