New Delhi: On Tuesday, September 17, there is a slight decline in the price of gold. While silver has also slowed down. Today gold became cheaper by Rs 171 and opened at Rs 73298 per 10 grams and silver became cheaper by Rs 209 and is being sold at Rs 89609 per kg.

Today, the gold for 4 October futures delivery opened at 73298 per 10 gram with a fall of Rs 158 and touched a high of 73476. The gold for 5 December futures delivery opened at Rs 73974 per 10 gram and by 10 am, gold worth 7329 lakhs had been traded. Also, the gold for 5 February became cheaper by Rs 135 and opened at Rs 74496 per 10 gram. It
opened at Rs 89727 in the multi-commodity market and is being sold at Rs 89400 per kilogram. Silver for 5 March opened at 92097 per kilogram.

In the last trading session on MCX on September 13, gold for October 4 delivery closed at Rs 73496 per 10 grams, while gold for December 5 future delivery closed at Rs 74166 per 10 grams.
