1. Stomach ache
There is a fear of increased acidic secretion of stomach due to excess vitamin C because it increases the risk of acidity. This problem does not stop here, but drinking too much lemon water causes problems like vomiting, diarrhea and nausea. Many people suffer from gastroesophageal reflux, they should drink less lemon water.
2. Mouth ulcers –

Try to use a straw whenever you drink lemon water, because this will minimize the contact of lemon juice with the teeth. Doing this will not weaken the teeth.
