Elon Musk became a nightmare for YouTube!

X is now going to come on your TV as well. Just like you watch Netflix and other OTT apps, you will now be able to watch X on your TV as well. Elon Musk told that the beta version of the X TV app has arrived for Android TV. Right now it can be seen on LG, Amazon Fire TV and Google TV, but soon it will come on more TVs as well.

However, it is not yet decided when it will come, it may come on each TV at different times. The same thing happened with the beta version as well. It came on Amazon at the end of July, but on LG on August 29.

About XTV App

Now the question is, when it comes to TV, will X be just a social media platform? It doesn’t seem so. The information and screenshots on Google Play show that the X TV app is actually a new OTT streaming service. It says, “X-Stream Service TV is an amazing streaming TV service exclusively for X-Stream Service Internet subscribers. You can watch TV as you want and when you want. You don’t need to rent a set-top box. You can watch your favourite live local, news, sports, movie, music and weather channels immediately or later.”

What features will you get?

Replay TV: Now you’ll never miss your favorite show! With Replay TV, X-Stream Services can store up to 72 hours of shows in the cloud so you can watch instantly.

StartOver TV: Now you will never miss the beginning of any movie or show. With StartOver TV, you can start watching from the beginning.

Free Cloud DVR: You can store up to 100 hours of DVR recordings for free or purchase more space if you need more space.

How to use it?

For the beta version, you must first have an X account, only then you will be able to watch something on this app. Currently, this app is only available on Android smart TVs. You can install it by searching “X TV” on your smart TV. But it is not yet known how to subscribe to this app. We think all this will be known when this app is launched. With the arrival of the X TV app, users will get another option to watch content. But this is not good news for other OTT and video streaming apps like YouTube.
