There are many rumours that Sumona Chakravarti has not left ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ on her own will. Some reports in the media have claimed that she was not even told about Kapil Sharma’s new show ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’ coming on Netflix.

Sumona Chakravarti said in the interview, “It’s very strange, because a really good article came out a few days ago. I spoke to a journalist and said the exact opposite. Then two days later another publication decided to write an article that said the exact opposite. I had nothing to say because I was also in Romania.”
‘The show ended in July and after that we all moved on.’
The actress further said, “I have said this again and again, I was part of a show which ended in July last year. And it’s not like you were out or I resigned or I was fired. The show ended in July and after that we all moved on. After that we started working on our personal projects. I am doing ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’. He (Kapil Sharma) did another show. It’s just that there is nothing wrong in it. Why would I be upset (with Kapil)? He and I used to work earlier and I went to Romania.”
