Lucknow. UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given instructions to connect policemen to the e-pension system. With this, all policemen will be connected to the Manav Sampada Portal. He also gave instructions to give timely promotion to every policeman, to enter correct details on the character register, to give deployment according to qualification and to pay dues on retirement on time.
He also gave instructions to release the result of the constable recruitment examination by the end of this month and to expedite the process of recruitment to vacant posts.
CM also took information from everyone about their work, innovations and achievements in a meeting with ADG level officers at his residence on Friday. He said that the Personnel and Establishment Unit should have details of the good works and mistakes of every officer. Give modern equipment to the policemen and improve the training system. Everyone’s goal is to maintain better law and order. No file should be pending for more than 3 days.
If there is any problem, you can meet DGP office, Home Department or me directly. The visit of officers to the districts will have a positive impact on the subordinates. Complete the process of disposal of condemned weapons being done for the first time carefully.
Make the rules of physical efficiency test practical
CM said that the rules of physical efficiency test should be practical. In the case of deceased dependents, consider changing the rules keeping in mind the age of the dependent and dispose of these cases within the stipulated time frame. There should be no delay in setting up Cyber Crime Police Station in the districts. Take necessary action regarding the proposal of the Central Government to set up Cyber Forensic Lab. The government will provide every support to make the State Forensic Science Institute of the capital resource-rich.
Keep a close eye on the railway track
The CM said that in recent times cylinders, rods etc. have been found on the railway tracks. There have also been incidents of stone pelting. Therefore, there is a need for GRP, RPF, Railway Administration and Civil Police to work together. Strengthen local intelligence further.
Give preference to youth in VIP security
The CM said that the health check-up of the police deployed for VIP security should be done. Give preference to youth in deployment and get counselling done for ideal conduct. Currently, UPSSF is providing security to 10 airports, whose soldiers should also be made to undergo shooting test. There is a need to improve commando training. Encourage energetic youths for training. The CM said that traffic jam has become a big problem in the cities. Try to find a solution to this. Get the e-rickshaw drivers verified from security point of view. Make sure that minors do not drive e-rickshaws.
