2. Get vitamin D

If there is a deficiency of vitamin D in the body, the bone density will decrease. Vitamin D is also called ‘sunshine vitamin’, so expose yourself to the sun for at least 15 to 20 minutes a day. However, this nutrient can also be obtained through food.

3. Eat protein rich foods

50 percent of the volume of our bones is made up of protein, so it is included in the nutrients necessary for the body. However, this does not mean that you should eat a very protein rich diet.
