Rampur. The administration team reached Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan’s Humsafar Resort with a bulldozer and started the process of vacating the land. This step was taken after a complaint by city MLA Akash Saxena. The district administration had filed a case in the court of Tehsildar Sadar. It was said that the resort has 0.038 hectares of land of fertilizer pits, whose plot number is 164. The measurement was done on the court’s order. It confirmed that this land is of fertilizer pits.
The court ordered to remove illegal encroachment and recover compensation. In compliance with the order, the administration team reached Humsafar Resort with JCB and started the process of vacating the encroachment. With the help of JCB, illegal constructions and encroachments were removed.
This action of the administration has created a stir in the area. It should be mentioned here that this matter progressed rapidly on the complaint of city MLA Akash Saxena. A few days ago, he had written a letter for action and also sent a reminder. After this, the administration has started immediate action.
