The rhetoric has intensified regarding the Ayodhya rape case and SP chief Akhilesh Yadav has once again given a statement on the matter and has talked about getting the DNA test of the accused done. Earlier, a BJP delegation had gone to Ayodhya and met the victim’s (Ayodhya Rape Victim) family.
Amidst a well this, spoke to the victim’s family. During this, they told that they are still getting threats. The victim’s family said that they are being intimidated. On the other hand, the victim has been referred to Lucknow for better treatment.
The victim was referred to Lucknow Medical College
The Ayodhya rape victims have been referred to Lucknow Medical College (Lucknow KGMU) for better treatment. CMO Dr. Sanjay Jain has taken the victim to Lucknow in an ambulance amid tight security. The rape victim was admitted to the women’s hospital in Ayodhya for treatment, but due to lack of resources, the doctors have referred her to KGMU Lucknow.
Akhilesh demanded a DNA test
Politics has heated up amid the bulldozer action being carried out on the bakery of Samajwadi Party’s Bhadarsha city president Moeed Khan, accused of raping a girl in Ayodhya, UP. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav has suggested a DNA test, while Mayawati has raised questions on the SP. Action being carried out against the accused in Ayodhya, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav said that the way to justice should be found by getting the DNA test of whoever is accused in the case of misdeed, and not by just making allegations and doing politics. Whoever is guilty should be given the full punishment according to the law, but if the allegations are proved false after the DNA test, then even the government officials involved should not be spared. This is the demand of justice.
Mayawati raised questions
BSP chief Mayawati retorted by saying that the strict action being taken by the UP government against the accused in the Ayodhya gangrape case is appropriate, but what should be understood by SP saying that the accused should undergo DNA test. Whereas, SP should also tell how many DNA tests have been conducted against such accused in their government. She further said that amidst the growing concerns about crime control and law and order in UP, especially women’s safety and harassment, the incidents of Ayodhya and Lucknow etc. are very sad and worrying. It would be better if the government takes strict steps to prevent these by rising above caste-community and politics.
Yogi government in action
Let us tell you that the Yogi government is in action in the Ayodhya rape case. 24 hours after Chief Minister Yogi’s meeting with the girl’s mother, the bakery of accused SP leader Moeed Khan was demolished with a bulldozer. Action was initiated with a heavy police force in the presence of SDM Sohawal Ashok Saini along with Additional District Magistrate (Administration) Anirudh Pratap Singh and Ayodhya Development Authority Secretary Satyendra Singh. Ayodhya Development Authority Secretary Satendra Singh said that the bakery was built on the land of the pond. Action was taken after investigation. The illegal properties of the accused are being investigated.
Sanjay Nishad cried bitterly after meeting the victim
Meanwhile, Sanjay Nishad, a minister in the Yogi government, reached the hospital to meet the victim. He cried bitterly after coming out. He said that Akhilesh’s PDA is being proved false. It seems that he won with the help of these criminals.
BJP delegation met the victim’s family
A BJP delegation met the victim’s family in Ayodhya on Sunday (August 4). Uttar Pradesh minister Narendra Kashyap, who was part of the BJP delegation, assured the victim’s mother that adequate arrangements would be made for the safety of the family. The delegation assured the victim’s family of all possible help. Many other leaders including backward class welfare minister Narendra Kashyap, Rajya Sabha MP Baburam Nishad and Sadar MLA Ved Prakash Gupta were present in the delegation.
Death threats to the family of gang rape victim
In the case of gang rape of a minor in Ayodhya, the victim’s family is receiving death threats. The victim’s mother said that the accused’s people are threatening to kill her and her family. The accused’s supporters have threatened that they will kill the child and all the family members. The victim’s mother said that she is not getting threats on the phone, rather the accused’s supporters are directly coming to her house and threatening her. She said that these people are residents of Bhadarsa and belong to a particular community. We are being threatened that they will kill you. They are saying that they will kill everyone.
What is the whole matter?
A case of gang rape of a 12-year-old girl from Nishad community was reported in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The incident is from Pura Kalandar police station area of Ayodhya, where the accused made an obscene video of the rape victim. After this, they kept blackmailing her for a long time and kept committing disgusting acts. The case came to light when the victim became two months pregnant. Moeed Khan, a member of Samajwadi Party leader and Faizabad MP Awadhesh Prasad’s team, is accused of rape.
So far 2 people have been arrested in the case
It is alleged that when the victim’s family complained to the police, the police did not take any action. However, when the workers of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal and Nishad Party expressed their anger, the police took action. After this, the police arrested two people including SP’s Bhadarsa Nagar President Moeed Khan
