After Mbps, Gbps, now Tbps is coming with16 lakh times faster than your broadband!

Internet is running slow, I have just taken a new plan. Maybe there is a problem with the network. So many questions come to mind because the internet is not working at home and if it is working then it is running slow, due to which neither can we watch any video nor can we download any file.

But, if everything goes well in the coming time, the internet speed will become 16 lakh times faster. Because, after Mbps, Gbps now Tbps is coming.

Internet speed will be 16 lakh times faster

Actually, according to a report, researchers have made a new discovery about this. According to this discovery, the speed of internet per second will be 402 terabits per second. This will be 16 lakh times faster than the internet available as compared to the broadband normally found in homes.

According to the report, this feat has been achieved by the scientists of Aston University. The special thing is that they have been able to achieve this high speed internet using the fiber-optic cable available in the market.

25 times faster speed

In the month of March this year, scientists made a record. Usually, one or two wavelengths band is used in fiber-optic broadband connection. Scientists achieved a speed of 301 Tbps by using 4 to 6 wavelengths in these wavelengths, the speed obtained from this was 25 times faster.

According to Ian Phillips, who was a part of the research team, the discovery we made will have far reaching consequences. It will also help in increasing the capacity of single fiber. If this technology is used in the future, optical cable communication will develop rapidly. Along with this, the demand for data services will also increase rapidly.

What is the average internet speed in India

The average internet speed in India is 47.09 Mbps. However, it is likely to vary according to the place and area. The average internet speed for mobile is 105.85 Mbps, while the downloading speed is 52.98 Mbps. While the uploading speed is 11.48 Mbps. Ever since 5G has come to India, the mobile speed has increased by 3.59 times.
