According to the report, this feat has been achieved by the scientists of Aston University. The special thing is that they have been able to achieve this high speed internet using the fiber-optic cable available in the market.

In the month of March this year, scientists made a record. Usually, one or two wavelengths band is used in fiber-optic broadband connection. Scientists achieved a speed of 301 Tbps by using 4 to 6 wavelengths in these wavelengths, the speed obtained from this was 25 times faster.
According to Ian Phillips, who was a part of the research team, the discovery we made will have far reaching consequences. It will also help in increasing the capacity of single fiber.
