Iran hoisted red flag on the mosque, openly declares revenge against Israel

Iran, burning with the fire of revenge for the killing of Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh, who had come to its ‘home’, has openly declared to take revenge from Israel. A red flag has been hoisted on the dome of the Jamkaran Mosque in Qom, Iran, which is giving a direct message that Iran is going to make a big explosion in the near future. Meanwhile, many countries of the world have also condemned the killing of Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh.

Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said that Israel has prepared a harsh punishment for itself after Ismail Haniyeh was killed in an airstrike in the early morning in the capital Tehran. He said in a statement on his official website that it is our duty to take revenge. Haniyeh was a dear guest on our land.

On the other hand, Russia has strongly condemned the murder of Haniya. Andrei Nastasin, Deputy Director of the Information and Press Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said that it is clear that those who carried out the political assassination were aware of the dangerous consequences this action would have in the entire region. He said that there is no doubt that the murder of Ismail Haniya will have a very bad effect on the ceasefire talks going on between Hamas and Israel. These talks were being held for peace and ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. Now due to this murder, the possibility of peace has diminished.

It is noteworthy that today the attack on the Hamas chief happened when he was in Iran. Haniya was officially invited to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Iran’s newly elected President Pezeshkian. The Deputy Director of the Russian Foreign Ministry said that once again we ask all the concerned parties to act peacefully. Do not take any step that increases tension in the region. Doing so can lead to a major conflict, which is likely to cause a lot of damage.
