Since its launch in January, the Hyundai Creta facelift has crossed the 1 lakh sales mark in just six months. The company is selling an average of over 15,000 Cretas every month, with March seeing the highest sales of 16,458 units.
Last month, the company sold 16,293 Cretas; Hyundai claims to sell an average of over 550 units every day.
Hyundai has sold more than 11 lakh Cretas in India. Apart from this, Hyundai Exter and Maruti Suzuki Front also crossed the 1 lakh sales mark. The company has achieved this figure in 10 to 12 months. Facelift has boosted sales.
There are two main reasons for the Creta’s success. Firstly, Hyundai understands the Indian customer well and has accordingly equipped the Creta with all the features that buyers really want, such as a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, large digital screen and 360-degree camera; features like the ADAS suite are a bonus.
