PM Modi left for Russia tour, said- special strategic partnership between the two countries has progressed in the last ten years

New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi left for a three-day visit to Russia and Austria on Monday. Before this visit, PM Modi highlighted India-Russia relations and said that the Special Strategic Partnership between the two countries has progressed in the last ten years.

Before the Moscow visit, PM Modi said; I am looking forward to reviewing all aspects of bilateral cooperation with my friend President Vladimir Putin. Apart from Russia, PM Modi will also visit Austria. He described Austria as India’s steadfast and reliable partner. PM Modi said that we share the ideals of democracy. I hope to take our partnership to greater heights in new areas.

PM Modi will lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier during his two-day official visit to Russia for the 22nd India-Russia Annual Summit. The Prime Minister will be in Russia and Austria for three days. His visits are an opportunity to deepen relations with countries with which India has a tested friendship. He said, I am looking forward to interacting with the Indian community living in these countries.
