Supreme Court to hear the NEET paper leak case today; decision will be taken in 19 cases including Kejriwal-Patanjali

After the summer vacation, work is resuming in the Supreme Court from today i.e. Monday. On the first day, the court will hear several petitions demanding re-conduct of NEET UG 2024. Alleged paper leak and other irregularities have been cited in these petitions. At the same time, the court is going to give verdict on 19 major cases.

The Supreme Court holidays started on 17 May. Before the holidays, the hearing in 19 cases was completed and the decisions were reserved. One of these cases is related to Delhi’s Arvind Kejriwal, in which Kejriwal has challenged his arrest by the ED. The court is going to give its verdict in the contempt of court case against Baba Ramdev and Patanjali Ayurveda.

The Supreme Court will also give its verdict on the petition of the West Bengal government on Monday, in which the government had accused the CBI of misuse.

The court will give its verdict in 19 cases on Monday alone. Apart from this, the court is going to give its verdict on many important cases throughout this week.
