Mumbai: Mercedes E Class LWB has been launched in India. The company has introduced it in 3 variants – E-Class 200, E-Class 220d and E-Class 450 4MATIC. Talking about the starting price of the car, the price of E-Class 200 is Rs 78.5 lakh, the price of E-Class 220d is Rs 81.5 lakh and the price of E-Class 450 4MATIC is Rs 92.5 lakh ex-showroom. Delivery of E-Class 200 variant is going to start from this week. At the same time, the delivery of E-Class 220d will start around Diwali and the delivery of E-Class 450 4MATIC will start from mid-November.
Engine
Talking about the engine of Mercedes E Class LWB, three engine options have been given in it. The E-Class 200 has a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine, which generates 194 bhp and 320 Nm of torque.
E-Class 220d
The E-Class 220d is powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine that produces 197 bhp and 440 Nm of torque and the E-Class 450 4MATIC is powered by a 3.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces 375 bhp and 500 Nm of torque. All variants get a 9-speed automatic gearbox with a 48V mild-hybrid system.
