Meta Verify facility for all small businesses

Millions of small businesses in India use the WhatsApp Business App and they often tell us that they want to build a trusted identity among their customers. Now, the Meta Verified WhatsApp Business App is available to all eligible small businesses in India.

With Meta Verified, businesses who subscribe and want to show their authenticity will get features like a verified badge, fake identity protection, account support, and premium features. These features will help them enhance their brand online and provide a better chat experience with customers. The badge will appear on their WhatsApp channel and business page, which can be easily shared on social media and websites.

Customized messages on WhatsApp Business app

Starting today, we’re rolling out a new feature in the WhatsApp Business app for small businesses in India that lets them send personalized messages to their customers, making it quick and easy to send things like appointment reminders, birthday greetings, or holiday sale info. The new feature is available for a fee and lets businesses send personalized messages based on customer names and needs, as well as call-to-action buttons. Additionally, the feature gives businesses the option to schedule a day and time to send messages.
