Do not eat these things in the month of Sawan
Do not eat non-vegetarian food or garlic and onion even by mistake in the month of Sawan. It is believed that these things generate heat in the body. Because of this, your mind is attracted towards sensual pleasures, which creates obstacles in the devotion of Lord Shiva. Therefore, it is important to stay away from non-vegetarian food and garlic and onion in the month of Sawan.

 Avoid leafy vegetables
Vegetables like spinach, fenugreek, red bhaji, bathua, brinjal, cauliflower, cabbage should not be eaten during the month of Shravan. These should be avoided during the month of Shravan. The main reason for this is the risk of bacteria or virus growing on these leaves. As much as possible, one should eat seasonal fruits.

Eating brinjal in the month of Sawan should also be avoided.
Eating brinjal is prohibited in the holy month of Sawan. Actually, in the rain, worms start growing inside the brinjal, eating which can make you commit the sin of killing living beings.
