Ganesh Chaturthi 2024: In Sanatan Dharma Puja rituals, the revered deity Lord Ganesha is worshipped first with rituals. Ganesh Utsav is celebrated once a year. This year Ganesh Chaturthi is on 7 September 2024. The 10-day Ganesh Utsav is starting from this day. It will conclude on Anant Chaturdashi on 17 September 2024. This year this date will start on 6 September at 3.01 pm and end on 7 September at 5.37 pm.
Ganpati Bappa arrives on the Chaturthi of Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada month. After this, Bappa remains seated with the devotees for one and a half, three, five, seven, 11 to 21 days. During this time, Ganesh ji is worshipped every day.
Four auspicious yogas are being formed
Four auspicious yogas are being formed on the day of Ganesh Chaturthi. Brahma yoga in the morning on Ganesh Chaturthi; it will remain from 11 pm to 17 pm. After this Indra yoga will be formed, besides these two yogas, Ravi yoga will remain from 06:02 am to 12:34 pm. Sarvartha Siddhi yoga will remain from 12:34 pm to 12:34 pm. It will remain from 6 am to 03 pm on the next day i.e. 8 September.
Considered the remover of obstacles, Lord Ganesha, also known by various names such as Gajanana, Dhumraketu, Ekadanta, Vakratunda and Siddhi Vinayaka, is worshipped as the god of wisdom, prosperity and good fortune.
