Poco Pad 5G Specs and Price: Xiaomi sub-brand Poco has launched its first tablet Poco Pad 5G in India today (August 23). The company’s new 5G device comes with features like a large 12-inch display, large battery with fast charging support and pen support. Specifications of Poco Pad 5G
Display: The Poco Pad has a 12.1-inch 1.5K IPS LCD display, which comes with a 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision support and 600 nits peak brightness. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
Processor: Poco’s new tab is equipped with Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset.
Camera: The device sports a 8-megapixel rear camera. Apart from this, there is an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.
Storage: The tab gets up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128/256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Its storage can be expanded with a microSD card.
OS: The new tab from Poco runs on HyperOS based on Android 14.
Battery: The tablet has a large 10,000mAh battery with 33W charging support. The company claims that on a full charge, the tab offers 17 hours of reading and 16 hours of HD video playback time.
Other specs: The tablet also comes with Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, quad-speaker setup, two microphones and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The Poco Pad also comes with accessories like a stylus and keypad. It comes with an IP52 rating to be protected against dust and water splashes.
Price and offers
The 8GB+128GB variant of the Poco Pad 5G tablet is priced at Rs 23,999 and the 8GB+256GB variant is priced at Rs 25,999. The tab has been launched in two color options Green and Cobalt Blue.
The first sale of the tab will start on August 27. It can be purchased from Flipkart. Users can avail a discount of Rs 3,000 by purchasing the tab with SBI, HDFC or ICICI bank cards in the first sale.
Apart from this, Poco is giving an extra discount of Rs 1000 on buying the tab on the first day of the sale, which will make the effective price of the 8GB+128GB variant Rs 19,999 and the effective price of the 8GB+256GB variant Rs 21,999.
