He has accused the security forces deployed to protect the state from terrorists of being in cahoots with the terrorists.

The NC leader has alleged that there is a deep collusion between the Indian Army soldiers and the terrorists. Abdullah raised the question that there is a heavy deployment of soldiers on the LoC. Despite this, how are the terrorists able to infiltrate.

Creating a new controversy, Farooq Abdullah said, ‘Today, there is a large-scale deployment of army on our borders, which is probably the biggest deployment in the world. Still, terrorists enter our country and leave after wreaking havoc.’ Accusing the Indian Army, the NC leader said, ‘They (army and terrorists) are all hand in glove. They want our destruction, that is why they are playing this game.’ 

Farooq’s shameful statement after Anantnag encounter

This statement of Farooq Abdullah has come after the encounter that took place in Anantnag on Saturday afternoon. In this encounter, 2 army soldiers were martyred, while a civilian also died. According to army officials, on the basis of an intelligence input, the Army, CRPF and Jammu and Kashmir Police had started a search operation in the Ahlan area of ​​Anantnag. There was news of 2 terrorists hiding in this area.

According to the army, when surrounded during the search, the terrorists started firing, with which the encounter started. The army suffered losses in this encounter and two of its soldiers died. Two army soldiers were also injured in this attack. Kashmir Tigers, a front organization of Pakistan’s terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), took responsibility for this attack. In a post, Kashmir Tigers said, ‘This war will continue till the independence of Kashmir.’ 

NC will contest the assembly elections alone

On the issue of when elections will be held in the state, Farooq Abdullah said that the atmosphere in Jammu and Kashmir today is better than 1996. If elections could be held in that era, then why not this time. He said that before holding elections in the state, the state status of Jammu and Kashmir will have to be restored. Farooq Abdullah refused to answer the question whether NC will contest these elections in alliance. He said that his party will contest the elections alone. Congress and PDP have to decide what they decide but his party is not going to make any alliance.
