Actually, Peepal tree is not worshipped on Sunday. On this day, Goddess Lakshmi’s sister Alakshmi resides, so Peepal tree can be uprooted on this day.

How to remove

To remove the Peepal tree, take a lemon and seven chillies on Sunday. Place it in front of the Peepal tree. Now uproot it after some time. Now cut the lemon at that place, this will prevent the Peepal tree from growing there again. You will not be blamed for this. Apart from this, worship the Peepal plant for 45 days as per rituals and offer raw milk. After 45 days, uproot it and plant it at some other place. You will not be blamed for this.

Why is it inauspicious to grow at home

Peepal tree is considered auspicious. But if it grows in the house then it causes financial problems, family disputes etc., hence it is not planted in the house.
