Mumbai. Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwarananda of Jyotish Peeth has made a big allegation. He alleged a scam of 228 kg gold from Kedarnath Dham. He said this while talking to the media while leaving Uddhav Thackeray’s residence Matoshree in Mumbai. Swami Avimukteshwarananda said that, till date no investigation has been conducted in this matter. Who is responsible for this? He also reacted sharply to the question of building a temple like Kedarnath Dham in Delhi. He said that, there is a definition and rules for the twelve Jyotirlingas. Therefore Kedarnath Dham cannot be built anywhere.
Shankaracharya said, the scriptures mention twelve Jyotirlingas. It is wrong to say that Kedarnath Dham will be built in Delhi. Politicians are entering our religious places. This is wrong. There has been a scam of 228 kg gold in Kedarnath Dham. Why is there no investigation into this?
Not an enemy but a well-wisher
During this, Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwarananda also gave his reaction on meeting PM Modi at Anant Ambani’s wedding. He said, PM Modi bowed to me and I blessed him. We are not his enemies but well-wishers. Along with this, he said that if he does something wrong then we also point out his mistake. Shankaracharya said that it is written in the scriptures that Somnath will be in Saurashtra i.e. Gujarat only. Kedarnath will be in the Himalayas only. There cannot be any replica of it. If we want to build it in Delhi then it is wrong. There is only one Kedarnath and it will remain where it is. If something different from the scriptures happens then we will call it wrong.
